This vintage 7" single from Atlantic Records stands as a monument to the golden era of Philadelphia soul. Culled as the final single from their landmark self-titled album, "Ghetto Child" features a brilliant, socially conscious lyric penned by the legendary songwriting duo of Thom Bell and Linda Creed. The song reached number 4 on the Billboard R&B chart, propelled by the vocal interplay of co-lead singers Philippé Wynne and Henry Fambrough.
